Christmas Morning

Christmas morning started with the nativity story, read by Papa. Aunty made all the kids little nativity puppets to hold up when key words were said. It was a great way to involve everyone in the story - she gave each of the children a set to take home so we'll be doing this again next Christmas!

Alissa was not a happy camper when she woke up and took a while to get into the Christmas spirit.

A few of the treats already laid out on the table

We opened the presents from youngest child to biggest...so Alissa started us off

Then she opened this bag of pistachios from Grammie and Papa and forgot all about the other presents...she just wanted to "eat" "eat" "eat"!!

We managed to convince her to open a couple more

Then Sienna started opening her presents...she was very happy with this supply of tic tacs!

Harrison couldn't wait to get stuck into his pile of presents!

All the kids were seriously spoilt by Grammie and Papa, Aunty and Uncle Will, Aunty Bindi and Uncle Simon and Aunty Darnae and Uncle Trent. Thank you so much everyone! Grammie then made a delicious breakfast. Grammie bought Alissa and Sienna matching Christmas outfits - they thought they were ballerina's in their red tulle skirts and decided to put on an impromptu dance concert. They looked so cute!
