Mum and Dad had only just moved the furniture into the house before the Easter weekend...they had done an amazing job of getting everything ready for us. There were still a few bits and pieces to do when we arrived, one being assembling a couple of ikea chairs. Harrison loved helping Papa build them.
Then the cousins had fun playing stacks on with the ikea chair!
Grandma wanted the kids to watch little or no tv over the holidays and to my surprise the kids didn't ask for the tv to go on once! The first week we had pretty average weather - not that good for boating, but the kids were entertained with all the craft supplies Grandma had brought with her.
Grandma played lots of board games with the kids too...they were in heaven!
Sienna loved entertaining her cousin Lucy

One of Harrison's Lego creations - he took the photo too
On one of the wet days we took the opportunity to go to the movies. Papa took Harry and Jack to see the 'Shawn the Sheep' movie while Grandma, Monique, Ava, Sienna, Alissa and I saw 'Cinderella.' Needless to say the girls absolutely loved it! Alissa got so into the storyline that she screamed out at different parts because she was so excited. The next day Grandma bought Sienna a Cinderella dress from target...she was ecstatic!
Mum and I found Papa, Harry and Sen in the pool when we came home from grocery shopping one day - it was 4pm and freezing! The kids didn't care, they were desperate to try out the swimming pool.
Darnae came to visit with Renz and Nathan one day - the cousins had a great time catching up. Here they are using play dough.
We miss this little man!
More Easter crafts!

Danny and Cyndee Hamilton stayed with us on the first weekend we were there. They very kindly entertained our kids - as you can see with the puppets. General Conference was broadcast that weekend and we watched a lot of it together.
Mum and Dad have been friends with Danny and Cyndee since we lived in Sydney many years ago. They enjoyed catching up with each other and even drove to Perth on Saturday afternoon to go to a play together.
Harry thinks photo bombing is hilarious at the moment!
Beautiful Mandurah sunsets...
and sunrises...
