After our hike in Chichester National Park we came home for an hour or so and packed up for a picnic at Hearson's Cove with the Pilkington family. We thought we'd have dinner, make a bonfire and have a family home evening lesson under the stars.
Harrison brought some walkie talkies for him and Michael to play with...
Clinton and Bryan went for a walk with the boys to explore some of the walking tracks at Hearson's Cove.

While Tyler and Michael explored - Harry kept watch of the fire, he was very devoted! Little fire bug!

These photos of Sienna and Tyler crack me up! They look like homeless drunks! Both drinking ginger beer and cracking each other up!
After dinner we started toasting marshmallows - so yummy! Alissa stayed a nice safe distance from the fire, thank goodness.

Bryan then sat us around the fire and gave us a FHE lesson on God's creations - it was the perfect setting to discuss this beautiful world He created while sitting under the stars. Then Clinton and Bryan played glow in the dark Frisbee on the beach with the kids while Amy and I started packing up. It was such a fun night...we'll be doing it again soon.
