Harrison's letter to Santa
Santa's treats, plus carrots and a bucket of water outside for the reindeers
The kids had spag bol for dinner and went to bed ( it took a while for them to fall asleep because they were so excited) then at about 7.30 the adults all had a quiet Christmas Eve dinner...it was great! We had prawn skewers with tomato and wasabi, wrapped in bacon and barbecued, potato salad, cherry, pomegranate, prosciutto and bree cheese salad with a balsamic glaze and....
Delicious coral trout that Clinton speared that morning when Trent and he went spear fishing...its the nicest fish!
Clinton's slow cooked spicy pork belly with sticky garlic and chilli dipping sauce. It was so tender and the crackling was perfect...the dipping sauce was so yum too.
Clinton also made these turkish delight ice-cream tortes for dessert...
Darnae and I wrapped presents while Clinton and Trent assembled Harrison and Sienna's gifts (that Santa had delivered). The kitchen took a lot longer than the go kart.
Stockings all ready...
Santa has come! (lots of presents but for two families...and lots from extended family).
