Gregory's Gorge

So far behind in my blogging but continuing in chronological order! One Saturday before school started we drove to Gregory's Gorge with the Baker family. We had never been there before and asked Stephen Clarke for directions...he drew up a rough map with landmarks and basic instructions. It isn't an easy place to find without a map or GPS co-ordinates! We still went the wrong way a few times but managed to get there in the end.
The rope swing was a hit!

 Pretty little wilderness

To get to Gregory's Gorge we had to drive through fairly deep water...testing our 4WD skills
There were cows and bulls wandering around...we felt sorry for this one horned bull
Gregory's Gorge has spiritual significance to the Yindjibarndi people - as does the area surrounding it
Photos through the car window on the way home...it took about 2 hours to get home.
