Mick, Penny, Jordyn and Jayme arrived in Karratha on Friday the 16th of January - a couple of days after the kids and I got home from Perth. On the first night they were here we went to the Tambrey Tavern for dinner with the Bakers, then the following morning we got up really early (like 5.30am) to get out on the boat by around 6.30 - 7am. We knew it was going to get rough later in the morning so we tried to get out early. It ended up being a beautiful morning.

Clinton and Mick checking out the turtle nests...so many turtle tracks all over Marney Bay. The boys went off for a dive and left us on the island for a while. They got some great underwater footage of the reef with their Go Pro's.

I am in LOVE with these photos Pen took of Alissa. She is such a good photographer and helped me shoot in manual while we were together. I learn so much when I take photos with her.
Sienna and Alissa fell asleep on the boat ride home...it's tradition!
