Alissa turned 2 on the 1st of January - New Years Day! We were flying to Perth that afternoon so Clinton and I were busy packing everything that morning and when we came out of our room Grammie and Aunty had pulled together a party for Alissa. Aunty had made cakes and goodies at home and Grammie whipped up heaps of food seemingly from nowhere. They are amazing! First the presents...Alissa was so spoilt by Grammie and Papa and her Aunty's and Uncles.

After the party Papa drove us to the airport. We were so sad to leave Melbourne and say goodbye to everyone. Grammie and Papa were so good to the kids playing with them, making them special food, taking them places and babysitting for us. We really had such a great time and can't wait to go back.
