Going on a Whale Hunt

We have been waiting for decent boating weather for weeks...whales are around this time of year in the Dampier Archipelago and we have been keen to see them again. Last Saturday the weather forecast still wasn't perfect, it was predicted to get quite choppy but we thought we'd brave it and go out anyway. Our friends the Rodoni's thought they'd take their boat out too and try to see some whales. Once we'd launched the boat we found the ocean wasn't that rough, it was really nice. It was only a short boating trip as it was a busy weekend and we had to get home by lunch time...however we managed to spot quite a few whales.

The Rodoni's on their boat next to us
Emi lent Harry some binoculars...he loved spotting whales with them!

Not the clearest photos of the whales...they are very quick and pop back under the water as soon as you try to get closer.

And now...a modelling shoot of Sienna at the wharf....haha!
